Born in 1984 in Xinning County of the Hugandon Province in China , Yuan Chibin was a graduate from the Department of Prints at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, which influenced his creative style tremendously. Yuan's style transitioned from traditional and conservative realism to expressionism and abstraction, which was unacceptable to him. Therefore, his aesthetic perspective also changed accordingly. With his self-claimed rebel and anti trends, Yuan believes that painting is a pleasure and something which should be relaxing and enjoyable. He hopes to capture this simplicity and excellence with ease in his work.

Firstly, the composition should be neat and symmetrical. The perspective and color would be secondary, while emotions along with black and white colors are outstanding elements. Black and white in photography prints have obviously influenced Yuan Chibin. In the first stage of his oil paintings, the artist uses black and white, then gradually adds in small compliments with other colors. During his practice in calligraphy and traditional Chinese painting, Yuan didn't draw from the usual calligraphic style. Instead he utilized the dispersing and dynamic perspectives in Chinese painting in a revolutionary way. The artist's “pointless”perspective disregards the perspective itself and follows his instincts to refine ideas and indulge himself in the creation of his own style. Without stressing on skills, Yuan demonstrates “Yuan's” aesthetic style which is one of a kind.
